Refund policy

We have a no return policy due to our items being personalised unless it is an error on our part we are un able to cancel, refund or accept returns after the item is made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require proof of the damage or defect so we can take the appropriate action to issue a replacement.
